Shipping Method
Decal Down ships from Canada via Canada Post Letter Mail, which is an untracked shipping service. We use this method to keep shipping costs low for our customers.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
- International: 2–6 weeks
Please note these are estimates only. Because this shipping method is untracked, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Due to the nature of untracked mail, customers must wait a minimum of 6 weeks from the ship date before contacting us about a non-arrival or opening a dispute/case. This allows sufficient time for standard postal delays, especially for international orders.
If your package has not arrived after 6 weeks, please contact us at hello@decaldown.com and we will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Tracked Shipping
If you would like tracked shipping for added peace of mind, please contact us before placing your order and we will provide a quote for the additional cost based on your location.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
